Glycine
Glycine is a polar and non-essential amino acid, since our body is able to synthesize it.
It is found in many important proteins in our body (e.g. hemoglobin and collagen) and plays a crucial role in nutrition and metabolism.
It has many properties, but some inherent in joints:
- it promotes the production of a good quality collagen;
- it helps to keep the joints strong and elastic the arteries;
- it also speeds up the healing of bone fractures and lacerations of connective tissues (tendons, ligaments).
- In addition to being one of the building blocks of proteins, Glycine is involved in the transmission of the nerve impulse.
Glycine is present in the food supplement STRONG ARTIFLEX (https://www.elisirlife.it/en/integratore-alimentare-strong-artiflex-100-cps.html)
