Boswellia serrata
The Boswellia serrata is a plant native to the subtropical regions of Africa and Saudi Arabia.
The resin extracted from the trunk and the branches rich in boswellic acids, active principles that are able to carry out a powerful anti-inflammatory and analgesic action on various diseases of the osteoarticular system, with consequent reduction of pain and swelling, and the improvement of joint motility.
This action is carried out without presenting side effects on the gastric mucosa, as in the case of taking drugs with similar action.
Therefore its use is highly recommended for local inflammation, degenerative disorders of the joints, reduced motor capacity in the morning, muscle pain, rheumatism, arthrosis, inflammation of soft tissues such as tendonitis.
