THE INTENSE PHYSICAL EXERCISE

Regular physical activity helps our body to stay in shape, improves cardiovascular functions, allows body weight control and above all improves mood by helping to manage stress.

But this must be moderated and adequately managed, since there is a limit beyond which the benefits are likely to turn into dangers, especially for those who believe that dedicating to extreme and prolonged efforts could accelerate the beneficial effects.

According to some researchers, however, they would increase the risk of developing a particular form of cardiac arrhythmia, called atrial fibrillation, by 5 times.

When the sport becomes exaggerated, the effort is greater and the heart pumps blood 4 or 5 times more than when you are at rest; it would also lead to the production of high levels of troponin, a protein that causes atherosclerosis among other things.

A limit must be set, often dictated by common sense.

Each person is different but the most suitable thing is to listen to your body and know your limits, slow down or stop at the first hint of failure.

Physical exercise must be maintained in moderation, adequacy, constancy and variability.
