INSTRUCTION
Food supplement of Magnesium, with Griffonia semplicifolia and Lepidium meyenii (Maca), indicated in cases of reduced dietary intake or increased need for these elements. Griffonia semplicifolia and Lepydium meyenii (Maca) contribute to the normal mood, relaxation and physical and mental well-being and control of the sense of hunger. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to the normal function of the nervous system.
RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
3 capsules a day at meals for 1-3 months or more, according to medical prescription.

It does not contain Gluten, Lactose, Casein, GMO, Soy, Magnesium Stearate, Talc, Silicones, Cellulose, Waxes, Acesulfame, Cyclamate (and artificial tingues in general), Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate, Antimold, synthetic Antiputrefactive.
