INSTRUCTION
Food supplement based on Vitamins C and B5, with Ashwagandha KSM-66 vegan, indicated in cases of reduced intake with the diet or an increased need for such elements.

Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system, normal psychological function and the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Vitamins B5 and C contribute to the normal energy metabolism and the reduction of shortness and fatigue.
Vitamin B5 contributes to normal mental performance.
RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
2 capsules a day at meals for 1-3 months or more, according to medical prescription.
