INSTRUCTION
Food supplement that, due to its Vitamin C content, contributes to the maintenance of the normal function of the immune system during and after an intense physical effort, to the protection of cells from oxidative stress (together with Coenzyme Q10, Vitamin B2 and Vitamin E). For its content of Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Vitamin C, Niacin and Biotin, it contributes to the normal energy metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue (together with folic acid). Due to its content of Vitamin B1, Vitamin A and Biotin, it contributes to the maintenance of normal skin.

1 capsule per day for 1-3 months or more, according to medical prescription
