INSTRUCTIONS
Food supplement that due to its content of Passiflora incarnata, Valeriana officinalis and Hawthorn, promotes rest and deep sleep, with a relaxing action especially in the event of a tendency to anxiety, stress and nervousness. Theanine helps cognitive functions. Passiflora is mainly used for its sedative activity as a remedy for insomnia due to fatigue, stress, depression and brain excitement (for example in case of intense study). It induces a sleep similar to the physiological one, without causing either dizziness or awakening. It is useful for controlling anxiety disorders, states of nervous excitement (anxiety, palpitations, gastralgia, menopausal disorders) and, thanks also to its smooth muscle activity, it reduces gastric spasms and irritable nervous nerve colon.
RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
2 capsules per day for 1-3 months or more, according to medical prescription.
